1. Services Provided
1.1. Prime Shine provides residential and/or commercial cleaning services as per the agreed schedule and specifications.
1.2. Our services include, but are not limited to, general cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and specialized cleaning services.
2. Booking and Payments
2.1. Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.
2.2. All service charges must be paid as per the invoice terms. We accept payments via Credit and Debit card, Cash, Bank Wire, Check, and Venmo/Cashapp.
2.3. Any outstanding payments must be settled before subsequent services are provided.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
3.1. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
3.2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of $75.
4. Access to Premises
4.1. Customers must provide access to the premises at the agreed time. If access is not provided, a fee may be charged for the inconvenience.
4.2. Customers are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of their property during the service.
5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1. Customers must provide a safe working environment and inform us of any hazards.
5.2. Personal and valuable items should be secured or removed before the service.
6. Liability
6.1. Prime Shine is not insured for liability and damage. Prime Shine always prioritizes the condition of your home and/or facility. Any damage caused by our cleaners must be reported within 24 hours.
6.2. We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not related to our cleaning services.
7. Complaints and Disputes
7.1. Any complaints or disputes must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
7.2. We will address and resolve complaints promptly and fairly.
**Money-Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions**
1. Scope of Guarantee
1.1. Our money-back guarantee applies to residential and/or commercial cleaning services provided by Prime Shine.
1.2. This guarantee is available to first-time customers or under specific promotional offers.
1.3. Our money-back guarantee only waives the flat-rate fee of the provided service. Customer is still responsible for prorated square footage not included within the flat rate pricing.
2. Notification of Dissatisfaction
2.1. Customers must notify us of any dissatisfaction with our services within 24 hours of service completion.
2.2. Notification should be made via phone call, voicemail, or text.
3. Inspection and Re-Cleaning
3.1. Prime Shine reserves the right to inspect the premises and address any issues identified by the customer.
3.2. We will re-clean the area at no additional charge to resolve the dissatisfaction.
4. Refund Process
4.1. If the re-cleaning does not resolve the issue, the customer may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
4.2. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after the final determination.
4.3. The refund amount will be determined based on the extent of the dissatisfaction and the specific circumstances.
5. Exclusions and Limitations
5.1. The guarantee does not cover pre-existing conditions, damages unrelated to the cleaning service, or unrealistic expectations beyond the agreed-upon scope.
5.2. The guarantee is void if access for re-cleaning is denied or if the customer has outstanding payments.
5.3. The guarantee does not apply in cases of force majeure events, such as natural disasters.
6. Documentation and Proof
6.1. Customers may be required to provide photographic evidence or detailed descriptions of the issues for verification purposes.
6.2. Both parties should keep a record of communications regarding the dissatisfaction claim.
7. Fair Use Policy
7.1. This guarantee is subject to a fair use policy to prevent abuse, such as frequent claims without valid reasons.
